Installasi Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Pada saat melakukan pemasangan Flow meter electromagnetic ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Dimana Prosedur installasi flow meter ini harus memperhatikan persyaratan dan langkah-langkah installasi agar supaya tujuan dari pemasangan flow meter electromagnetic ini dapat tercepai. Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah lokasi pemasangan flow meter karena untuk lokasi indor dan installasi pada lokasi out door perlu penyesuaian. Begitu juga posisi pemasangan flow meter electromagnetic terhadap ketinggian, dimana jika flow meter electromagnetic dipasang pada pipa dengan ketinggian 3 meter atau lebih tentunya berbeda dengan flow meter electromagnetic yang dipasang pada posisi dibawah tanah atau di selokan.
Ada beberapa langkah-langkah dasar saat melakukan installasi electromagnetic yang mungkin bisa digunakan sebagai acuan dasar dan untuk langkah installasi lanjutan electromagnetic flow meter serta setting bisa di perhatikan pada petunjuk di manual installasi yang terdapat pada flow meter electromagnetic yang diterbitkan oleh manufacture flow meter electromagnetic itu sendiri.

Bamo Metallic CDV Flow Controllers and Indicators

Bamo Metallic CDV Flow Controllers and Indicators is used to monitor and visualize the flow-rate of a fluid free of suspended particles.

Bamo Metallic CDV Flow Controllers and Indicators Features:

Operation:

The fluid drives a magnetic orifice plate inside the cylindrical measuring tube. A spring balances its movement and allows to operate in all positions. The upper edge of the diver corresponds to the flow-rate on the graduated scale (in ml/min or l/min). A Reed contact, N.O. with no flow, is adjustable all along the scale, its status changes with the passage of the plate.

With these equipment, the CDV operates independently of the pressure, even in low flow rates.

Application:

Control and indication of flow-rate in cooling, high pressure pipings, dry-run pump prevention, etc.

Sierra SmartTrak 140 mass flow controller is a hybrid of two innovative Sierra technologies: our award winning SmartTrak® 100 Series with its industry leading SmartTrak Laminar Flow Element (LFE), sensor and digital electronics is combined with our SideTrak® 840 low ΔP valve featuring large flow coefficient (Cv). Sierra SmartTrak® 100 HP Ultra-High Pressure Digital Designed to overcome these challenges, the 100HP combines the high performance of the SmartTrak® with a wider, more robust flow body, all-welded sensor seals, an innovative new valve design called ValFlex™, and a state-of-the-art high pressure calibration facility. The result is an instrument with increased application flexibility and accuracy in high pressure gas flow control applications.

To increase valve performance and accuracy under high pressures, Sierra’s proprietary ValFlex™ valve seat technology uses a flexible, high-impact, carbonreinforced polyamide valve seat material to assure smooth interaction with the valve orifice.
